Yangmani is AWESOME! This spot is Top 3 of all korean bbq joints in los angeles! The one downside is that there is always a wait but the wait is definitely worth it!
You can always catch the owner working hard alongside her great staff going to every table and making connections with all the customers! Quality of the meat is top tier! Get the Kimchi gooksoo and yang bap as an add on, you will not regret it. The perfect pairs to soju!
Have a great experience every time i go! -

For me, this place was ok. But let me clarify by saying that I am not fan of intestine and this seems to be their specialty...I did not know this, the only reason I ended up here is because the K BBQ place next door had an hour wait and this place didn't (and I was getting super hungry).
I ordered a combo meal for a group of 3 that was the only option that did not include intestine. Overall, I felt the meats were just ok. The side dishes (banchan) were all so-so, not one side dish caught my attention.
Service was ok. The one thing I hate is when you have 5 different people coming around to your table flipping the meat. One person lays down the raw meat onto the hot grill, 10 seconds later another person comes by and flips it (way too early)...after it happened about 10 times, I took over the grill and asked them to stop. It was super irritating.
I don't think I'd go back to this place - It's been 6 months since I moved out of k-town (lived there for 5 years) so I haven't really checked out the new spots but there are other places I prefer for both ayce and not ayce. Maybe this place is just geared towards the intestine lovers so I'm not the target clientele. -

This is one of my favorite kbbq spots in ktown! I always get one of the combos so I can have a bit of everything. I personally prefer their pork compared to their beef. Not too pricey considering what they give you. Lots of side dishes to snack on on the side as well!
The place gets PACKED. Also sometimes very stuffy when there's a lot of ppl with all the smoke. But all in all, a solid kbbq spot that hasn't disappointed yet! Recommend if you haven't been here and crave some good kbbq. -

This place has been around a few years and is always crowded for a reason. It's not AYCE like a lot of the bbq places in Ktown, but the meat is great quality. The combos are a pretty good deal, and I always end up leaving here full and happy.
The service here is great, and they will help you grill and cut your meat. They're also on top of refilling all your ban chan (side dishes). All of the ban chans, which there are a lot of, were very tasty. My mom always told me you can tell a Korean restaurant is good if they have good ban chans. If they do those little things right, then the main dishes are probably also done right. That rings true with Yangmani. Solid food, solid service.
The lot is small, but there's a valet for $2. If you come with a larger group, expect a wait. We had a party of 2 and still had to wait about 10 minutes. -

This kbbq is one of my favorites. The meat quality is so good and their side dishes are also very creative and delicious. I recommend ordering individual meat dishes instead of the combo for higher meat quality, even though it's cheaper to get the combo. As a party of 6, we ordered:
1. Beef Brisket Slices
2. Sirloin
3. Pork Belly
4. Small Intestine
5. Scorched Rice Soup & Soybean Paste Stew
They were all scrumptious! The meat order also comes with potato, mushrooms, onions, and Vietnamese (?) bean sprouts.
The only iffy thing I would say about this is that some seats make your legs really hot. Since the grill is so close to your legs, it gets hot after awhile.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit, as always!
